Mr. K. Surinderan is the driving force behind The Great Dominators. With over 12 years of experience in the insurance and medical industries, he is known for his energy, leadership, and deep commitment to helping individuals achieve financial security and peace of mind.

He began his career in 2014 and quickly distinguished himself through exceptional performance and client trust. His dedication, vision, and ability to lead high-performing teams led him to be promoted as Group Manager in 2021.

Under his leadership, The Great Dominators has grown into a dynamic agency built on professionalism, trust, and client-first values. He is passionate about nurturing talent and believes in building a team of qualified and skilled financial advisors to meet the evolving needs of every client.

Mr. Pragash

Mr Pragash has Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He was a Polytechnic student. He was a very energetic person from the start. He has served 16 years in Government department. He Joined Insurance in 2010 as a part timer. Mr. Pragash have 4 Agents under his Direct Group, he thinks the agents should be guided and trained to achieve dreams together with the Team. He wants to create more successful people. Just like how he has achieved his dreams he wants his agents to do the same and he is ready to guide and be an example among the agents to always think high and overcome your fears in order to succeed. ‘I want to move my agents towards the end of the success. For that I will always motivate and guide them onto the right path.’ he said.
